Jeff "Jeffro" Stoeger (Lead Vocals-Guitar)

  Shed Dog (Guitars-Vocals)

Shed Started playing guitar at the ripe age of 12 years old and has been shredding it ever since. Being a semi self taught guitar player and singer (taking a few lessons here and there) he has found himself in high demand. Playing with such musicians as Forthborn, Naked Neighbors, Short Bus, The Stringbenders, Dave Steffen and Bobby Evens, Shed has found his home with Running Blind. Bringing his talent and versatility to this already talented band, Running Blind has welcomed him in and really accell with Shed in the line up.
On Shed's off time he plays with his trio Bare Bones Blind. Taking the helm on lead vocals and lead guitar cranking out some of the coolest classic to 80's rock with Chris Brooks and Chief from Running Blind. He also plays with another trio called Emerge. Just a plain fun rocking band. Yes Shed is everywhere all the time.
Shed's gear consists of Gibson,Fender and Ibanez electric and acoustic guitars, Peavey and Fender amps, Elixer and Dean Markley strings and of course the one thing every musician needs: NIKE SHOES.......

Peter "The Pro Fessor" Virant (Lead Guitar -Vocals)

  Chris "Moon" Brooks (Drums-Keys)

Chris started playing drums when he was 14. Upon hearing the (back then) ground-breaking, if not daring(at least to a 14-year-old) "Too Fast For Love," and "Shout at the Devil" albums by Motley Crue in 1983, he was hooked. He actually started at 13, but no money and no drummers in the immediate family meant air-drumming (with tinker toys) to Red Hot and Looks That Kill. This went on for awhile, and eventually his Aunt Pam, who played flute & clarinet, sold her instruments and Chris got a standard 5-piece Ludwig
kit. It was all downhill from there.

Eventually his talent developed enough to allow him to move forward, playing almost exclusively Metallica (no offense, Tommy). But he also had a very soft spot for Whitesnake, Rush, Van Halen, Queensryche, to name a few, and, oh yes - Journey. Developing an interest in piano & keyboards, by the time he was 19 his drums were sold. By 21, he had 3 years of music theory under his belt, and was on his way to Madison for college. Through that time he still played percussion, though, with the Wind Ensemble in Manitowoc. But it was the beginning of a 14-year break. Well, sort of.

Every other day, or sometimes every other week, he would find himself tapping on the steering wheel. Get a few beers in him and he'd be bangin' on the bar. After completing school, and then working constuction for a few years, thoughts of that old white Ludwig set slowly began to creep back into the picture. One day, sometime in early winter 2005, it was too much to take. He had learned Tom Sawyer on the steering wheel (yeah - air drumming again). He still remembered all those ol Metallica songs (yes, Tommy, those ol' Motley Crue tunes, too). Another kit was inevitable. February 2006 Chris was back.

So, thanks to Kaci Koch, he didn't stay in the basement very long. After freak meeting with his friend of 20 years, against his better judgement, he was "tricked" into an audition for About Face. Over the next year and a half, the beat came back to him in a way that can only be describe as riding a bike. And in true exponential form, he caught the eye of Running Blind, and the rest will be history....

  Chad "Chief" Hoerth (Bass guitar-Vocals)

Chad "Chief" Hoerth has been playing bass guitar for over 24 years. Starting at the age of 15 was asked by someone to play bass in their band. Only response was do you have a bass and someone to teach me how to play..In 3 weeks he learned 35 songs on a Fender Percision Bass and the rest is history. Playing in bands such as, The Next Move, Sassy Rabbit, Clearer, Tainted , The Black Mollys with a few side projects here and there he decided to do something new. Leaving Clearer after 13 years he formed Running Blind. Going from just being a band member to being the manager, promoter, sound and light guy he would not change a thing. It has been a great ride and this train will not be stopping any time soon. After 4 years of line up changes and finding the right guys he feels he has the personel to make Running Blind what he had invisioned years ago. The best live band experience you will find. In the past couple years Running Blind has opened for Hinder, Black Stone Cherry, LA Guns, Skid Row, Trapt, Rev Theory to name a few.
On Chief's off time he plays in a great trio called Bare Bones Blind doing classic to modern rock and just having fun. He also founded and runs Hatchet Promotions, LLC. He wanted to do anything and everything for bands from custom band merchandise, web sites, logo design, booking and production.
Chief uses Warwick, Tobias, Dean and Ovation acoustic and electric 5 string bass's, SWR bass pre amp powered by Crown and custom bass cabinets by SnS Cabs.
Only complaint is there is not enough weekends in the month to play all the shows we want.
